AI employees for clinics & hospitals

Your clinic’s front desk, never on a break.

Smart Clinics puts three AI employees to work: a Receptionist that greets, checks in and books patients, a Doctor Assistant that runs each doctor’s queue, and an Announcements screen that calls patients by token — in their own language.

Smart Clinics kiosk — a one-time purchase

Every Receptionist and every Announcements screen runs on one kiosk. A Doctor Assistant needs no kiosk: it runs in the Digital Workforce app on the doctor’s phone, or on an optional desk kiosk at the same price.

Never gives medical advice

It books, checks in and informs. It does not diagnose, and if a patient describes an emergency it stops and sends them straight to emergency care.

Only says what your clinic knows

Doctors, times and tokens come from your clinic’s own schedule. If the schedule doesn’t say it, the employee doesn’t either.

Discreet in the lobby

One patient’s details are never read out to another. Patients are called by token and name, nothing more.

Questions

Before you ask

What exactly am I paying for each month?

The AI employees in your package — Receptionists, Doctor Assistants and Announcements screens — working in your clinic every day. The monthly price is the same whether you use one or all of what your package allows.

Do I have to buy kiosks?

Each Receptionist and each Announcements screen runs on one Smart Clinics kiosk, bought once at AED 3,000 and yours to keep. Doctor Assistants need no kiosk: they run on the doctor’s phone, or on an optional desk kiosk.

Can patients book appointments?

Yes. The Receptionist books a patient who walks in without an appointment into the doctor’s next free slot, and the Doctor Assistant books follow-ups. Every time offered comes from your clinic’s own schedule, holidays and consultation length.

How do doctors use the Doctor Assistant?

By talking to it on their phone (the Digital Workforce app) or on a desk screen: “who is next?”, “send in the next patient”, “mark that as a no-show”, “book a follow-up in two weeks”.

Which languages does it speak?

Eighteen: English, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Mandarin. You choose which ones your clinic offers.

Why are prices in AED, USD and AUD?

Smart Clinics is priced in UAE dirhams. US dollar and Australian dollar prices are converted from AED and rounded to the nearest 10, so you see a clear number in your own currency.

Can we run it on our own servers?

Yes, with an on-premise license, an add-on with custom pricing. It is priced to your installation: the number of sites, doctors and kiosks, and where it runs. Ask Sara and she will pass your requirements to the team.

Who is Sara?

Sara is a Smart Clinics digital employee, running on the same Pravega platform as the clinic team. She knows our prices for your country, can work out an estimate for your clinic, and passes your request for a demo or a quote to the right team, with a reference number.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, GST and other local taxes, which are added as your country requires.

Talk to us

Ask Sara. She’ll answer, then get you started.

Sara knows Smart Clinics inside out and our prices for your country. She can work out an estimate for your clinic, explain the on-premise license, and book your demo — in English or Arabic, by voice or text.
